The Mobile Market

The Mobile Market, operated by the Arlington Food Bank, is a crucial initiative to ensure food accessibility for community members who can't reach the Food Bank. The Market operates on a bi-weekly schedule, visiting different locations like The Villas at Lakewood, The Vintage Apartments, and Cedar Pointe Apartments among others. It was initiated in collaboration with Arlington High School Students, the City of Arlington, SMARTCAP, and Pivotal Construction. The partnerships have enabled the acquisition of a refrigerated mobile food pantry to better serve the community. The Market is operated by volunteers, and there's a call for more volunteers to drive and operate during the market hours.

Hunger is not an issue of charity. Its an issue of justice.
